Educação e transformação digital: questões e desafios para o sistema educacional brasileiro

Abstract

This dissertation has the general objective of reflecting on the changes in the productive system face of digital transformation and the challenges posed to the Brazilian educational system. The interest in the theme arises from a professional anxiety, from whom has been following a scenario that imposes itself in the face of digital transformation, its consequences in the labor market, and the educational system. It’s proposed as a general objective to research how the Brazilian educational system is responding to the demands of a new productive arrangement, resulting from the digital transformation. For this purpose, the research starts from the presentation of the political and economic bases that support the structural changes of the productive system, and how the digital transformation affects the world of work to. The final chapter, address the impacts of these transformations on the Brazilian educational system. Under the methodological aspect, the present research will be based on the bibliographic survey, from a critical perspective. The topicality of the theme of structural change in the world of work poses immense challenges to the educational process since it is about the appropriation of new qualified knowledge that requires new expenditures of energy in ever more accelerated learning time. The challenges that arise involve understanding the training of workers for work and the consequences of these transformations in the Brazilian education system. For the development of this research, a bibliographic survey of the theoretical and methodological basis of authors has carried out that base their analysis from the contradictions of these movements and their social impacts.
