Contribuições de uma política compensatória no município de Curitiba: o programa comunidade escola –2005-2015

Abstract

This paper presented, has as the theme contributions of a policy to compensate in the municipality of Curitiba: The Program Community School. This research allows to analyze the goals and the effectiveness of the Program Community School while politico publishes allowance to care for disadvantaged people deployed in municipal schools in Curitiba/PR. - To analyze the public policies in which the Program Community School is inserted; check if the goals of UNESCO proposed for this type of program are consistent with the ideas of the Program Community School; examine the realization of the Program Community School during the years 2005-2015 in schools pilots who participated in this program since its implementation through field research. The option to use a methodology of qualitative approach, made documentary and field research reflecting the context and seeking the seizure of the social-historical character involving the object of this research. he theoretical framework of this study performs a first time collecting data from studies of Noleto (2004), Abranches (1998), Gohn (2011), Shiroma, Evangelista and Moraes (2007), Gruppi (1996), and Hofling (2001). The theoretical study on policies to compensate reveals the strength social policy in communities of less-favored areas by reducing the violence, avored in: reducing violence, income generation, sports and leisure.
