dc.description.resumoO presente estudo tem por objetivo estudar o estado da arte ou do conhecimento atingido na produção científica brasileira, no âmbito das dissertações e teses depositadaS no Banco de Teses da Capes, a respeito do auxiliar de enfermagem, focalizando o tópico referente à formação profissional. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de caráter analítico-descritivo e exploratório. Ao todo serviram como base de análise 19 trabalhos localizados após rigoroso processo de seleção entre 527 resumos de dissertações e teses que abordam direta ou indiretamente a formação profissional do auxiliar de enfermagem. A pesquisa mostra que apesar de se tratar de uma temática com pouco apelo entre os pesquisadores, verifica-se na produção existente uma preocupação maior com os aspectos curriculares e pedagógicos, bem como com a prática pedagógica do docente formador, sendo dois os principais projetos de formação de auxiliares da enfermagem pesquisados: o Projeto Larga Escala, realizado em nível nacional, e o Projeto Xamã, realizado em 26 comunidades indígenas. A pesquisa reforça tendências nacionais no que diz respeito à produção científica brasileira: a maior concentração de pesquisas na região sudeste do país, a liderança científica da Universidade de São Paulo (USP) e a indiscutível concentração da pesquisa científica nas universidades estatais. A pesquisa também revela a área da educação como área de conhecimento que ganha destaque em termos de procura por parte dos pesquisadores, para sua qualificação em nível de mestrado, só perdendo para a própria área da enfermagem.por
dc.description.abstractThe present study aims to look at the state of the art or of the knowledge achieved in Brazilian scientific production, through the analysis of dissertations and theses, registered in the Capes Theses Database, regarding the nursing assistant and focusing on the issue of vocational training. This study is both analytic-descriptive and exploratory in character. Nineteen theses were selected from among the 527 dissertation and theses summaries found dealing with nursing assistants’ vocational education, whether directly or indirectly. The research shows that while there is low appeal among researchers to study the theme, the existing scientific production demonstrates a significant concern with both the curricular and pedagogical aspects, as well as with the pedagogical practice of the teacher/trainer. The “Larga Escala” Project, undertaken at national level, and the “Xamã” Project, which took place in 26 indigenous communities, were the two main projects researched regarding the training and the vocational education of the nursing assistant. The study reinforces national trends regarding Brazilian scientific production: the largest concentration of research projects in the southeast region of the country, the scientific leadership of the Sao Paulo University (USP), and the indisputable concentration of scientific research in state-owned universities. The research also reveals the field of education as a field of knowledge that gains foreground in terms of researchers´ interests, in particular for their qualification at masters´ level, outreached only by nursing.eng
