O trabalho remoto na pandemia da Covid-19 no estado do Paraná: ferramentas digitais e formação do professor.

Abstract

This study addresses the work of teachers and the changes that have occurred during the Covid-19 Pandemic. We analyzed the legislations at both the national and state levels of Paraná to understand how they affected the work of teachers during Emergency Remote Teaching. In addition, we examine the challenges faced by teachers in relation to technology and the need to empower themselves to deal with digital tools. The interest in this topic arose in response to the context of the pandemic, in which we observed the anguish of pedagogues and teachers regarding the use of digital technologies, while we face a growing demand for work. Education professionals needed not only to understand new teaching methodologies, but also to adapt to emerging technologies and deal with pressures from the State Department of Education (SEED) and other government agencies. The main objective of this study is to understand the challenges of the Paraná legislation in the remote work of teachers with the use of digital tools during the years 2020 and 2021. This is since the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in social isolation measures, including the suspension of inperson classes through Decree No. 4,258 as part of tackling the coronavirus. In this context, the challenges faced imply the need to understand how legislation affects the development of teachers' remote work with the use of digital tools during the Covid-19 pandemic. To conduct this research, we conducted a bibliographic survey of theoretical and methodological basis of authors who serve as a basis for the study.
