Investigando relações entre a deep web e a web: uma análise do mito associado à internet profunda a partir do hacktivismo

Abstract

The study about the Deep Web, also called the Deep Web, invisible Web or Darknet, which corresponds to areas of the Internet is not accessible for normal browsers and major search portals (such as Google), discusses patterns of sociality and cooperation (Manuel Castells) of contemporary communication, and search through the hacktivist activity, establish comparisons with its similar on the Internet (World Wide Web). This study aims, not only get greater clarity of the interactions made by actantes in the deep layers of the Internet, but also to expand the provision of scientific documentation available on the topic. For the access to Deep Web layers is possible, there are browsers specially developed for this purpose (Pierluigi Paganini and Richard Loves). The fact that there are restricted access networks gives it the status of area in which the preservation of anonymity of users is as relevant and frequent attribute, supposedly granting greater freedom of transit and action on this extension of the network, which encourages the hacker activism and its aspects. For this investigation, will be adopted bibliographic reference, navigation and contact with actors of the hacktivist scene. To do so will be determined historical background (Armand Mattelart) and technical differences between the Deep Web and the Internet visible, through research of a basic practice today in digital environments: the hacktivism (John d. Downing and Julian Assange).
